ensemble şuh is a contemporary music ensemble that is based in Ankara/Berlin and it currently consists of Mine Ece Pahsa (flute), İlayda Yılmaz (clarinet), Şevdar Özarslan (tuba), Oğuz Emir Köksal (composer, qanoon), Ezgi Demirel (piano), Doğukan Pahsa (composer, double bass), Arda Bayram (composer), Duru Gürdal (trombone), Eren Utku (composer, electronics). It was formed in 2024 in Ankara. ensemble şuh has a repertoire that is purely dedicated to them by their own member composers in addition to pieces from the canon."Ensemble Şuh aims to curate and present the music they love, creating concerts and experiences that not only transcend the space and touch the listener but also reject the reductionist view of history as a linear, fixed narrative. Instead, they treat the past as a vast, undiscovered terrain ripe for exploration. In 2024, they launched their first program, titled Ahenk’siz Cümbüş!
